Students of Le Cordon Bleu gain a wide range of skills, including practical cooking, large-scale catering, menu planning, food and wine pairing, French cuisine and pastry-making. General courses in management-related areas such as communications and mathematics ensure students are able to handle all aspects of restaurant operations.
